Is there a keyboard for iOS that adds numbers behind long presses of the top row of letters?

Just get a 3rd party keyboard and make that your main for iOS. The default iOS keyboard is absolute dogshit.

Yeah I was wondering which 3rd party one has this feature, as my usual Microsoft SwiftKey seems to not have this feature on iOS despite having it on Android.

I personally like the Google keyboard, it’s pretty much the same as the default Android keyboard.

You can add an extra row for numbers on SwiftKey.
