Ever been in a situation where you type a word wrong by just one letter, but autocorrect just can’t find the right word? So frustrating when it happens, especially with words you type all the time.
This happens so often and drives me crazy every time. We could use some Apple Intelligence here

Same. It seems to be particular words. This one has happened to me repeatedly. You’d think the phone would learn by now that I suck at typing that specific word
@Eli
If this happens over and over with the same word, you can manually add your own replacements in settings. Also handy to add replacements for shortcuts that make typing your email address, home address, etc. fast.
@Eli
You using English language? Mine works fine.

That’s the only language I speak haha. Sometimes it will correct it but other times I get that stupid “no replacements found” message. And that’s the point, it’s very inconsistent on certain words for some reason. It’s weird. Also, I don’t know why the highlighting turns green like that sometimes. It’s usually blue. Maybe it has something to do with that
@Eli
Ah right, I just wondered because I use different languages, and it happens as I often leave it in Italian
Not only is it only one character off from the right word, it’s only one letter over from the correct one on the keyboard, which is a huge clue.
Not a big surprise when Siri etc is so dumb. Apple is so far behind on this stuff. I was hoping AI would help with stuff like this but they are even further behind on AI
@Rin
This time, when Apple starts losing its grip on its users. The only reason I can think Apple lags in so many aspects is that it is being maintained by only one company. OTOH, Android is an open source project and kind of whole Earth contributes in its maintainability and development and hence we see even the tiniest of features available on Android in seconds. It is probably impossible to point out any feature which is not available on Android.
This problem can be super annoying when autocorrect just doesn’t get it right. You’d think they’d fix it by now

don’t think there’s any AI in this one
Apple autocorrect is some of the worst I’ve been unfortunate enough to witness.
