Just ordered a 16 Pro!
Last minute, I decided on the 256GB model instead of 128GB because apps are huge nowadays. Can’t wait! I’m selling my S24 Ultra, which I didn’t like (and it’s too big, even for my large hands). I decided against the Pro Max despite loving my previous 13 Pro Max.
Anything I NEED to do when I get the phone? I’m not as up-to-date as I used to be on must-haves.
Also, any advice for a clear case with MagSafe?
Got mine in the Sandstorm color—absolutely gorgeous! I usually don’t use a case because I love enjoying the phone’s design and color. However, the 16 Pro feels slippery, so I’m considering getting one this time around.
The 13 Pro didn’t have Always On Display. With the 16 Pro, you might find MagSafe stands (with charging) interesting. They let you use StandBy mode, which shows a clock or other widgets when charging horizontally. I use an ESR clear case, which has worked well. MagSafe pop sockets or stands are worth trying too.
Nice! Otterbox Lumen or Spigen Ultra Hybrid T cases are great options. Both have camera control covers.
Amazing phone! I switched from an iPhone X to the 16 Pro (128GB). So far, so good.

Desert Titanium! Reminds me of the gold iPhone I had a long time ago (iPhone 7 or 8).
You can’t go wrong with a case from Ringke. I had one for an old Galaxy A30, and it lasted years without yellowing. They also have great MagSafe cases—I highly recommend their Fusion X.
Got my 16 Pro in Black Titanium last month. I went for 1TB storage—why not? I came from a 15 Pro Max, which was just too big. Best iPhone yet! I got the Apple Black Silicone MagSafe case after dealing with clunky, yellowing clear cases for my 15 Pro Max.
Heads up: there are some keyboard issues right now with keys not registering properly.

The OS. I’ve had the phone for nearly a year and couldn’t get used to it. The iPhone just works—smoother and easier.
