Is it possible to install IPA apps on iPhone outside the App Store? If yes, what are the safest ways to do it?
Yep, it’s possible! I’ve installed a bunch of IPA files on my iPhone already. You can check out r/sideloaded for more info.

That subreddit is awesome, they cover a lot of methods, both free and paid.

Yes! AltStore is a great way to go. The only catch is that you have to renew it weekly.
If you pay 5-10 bucks to the app developers, you can renew it yearly. Honestly, it’s not that expensive.

@Bran
Renewal means reinstalling every week, not the cost. That’s the limitation outside the EU.
Nah, you don’t have to reinstall every week if you buy a slot from a developer license.
Apple isn’t a fan of this and will likely keep cracking down on it. But yes, you can install apps. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re part of an internal test program, and even then, Apple prefers you use TestFlight.
As far as I know, it’s tied to your Apple account when the app checks for it. Unless you have a modified package, it probably won’t work easily.
