Does a MagSafe Charger Also Work as an AUX Cable?

I have the new iPhone 16 Pro and need to connect to AUX to listen to music in my car. I was hoping to get a magnetic phone charger for the car, but does the MagSafe charger also act as an AUX cable?

They make Bluetooth-to-AUX dongles. I use one on airplanes to listen to seat-back movies with my AirPods.
